Ibusa Think Tank is a fellowship of minds bound by heritage, vision, and an unyielding passion for the advancement of Ibusa, our historic town in Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State. We are indigenes united not merely by origin, but by the conviction that true progress is the work of a people who dare to dream and act for their community.

We exist to drive the socio-economic development of Ibusa through concrete, life-changing interventions—building infrastructure, advancing education, strengthening healthcare, promoting peaceful coexistence, and fortifying security. For us, service to Ibusa is not an option; it is an obligation anchored in love for community and faith in the future.

Our footprints are already evident. We inspired and actualized the provision of electricity, bringing light and productivity into homes, streets, and businesses. We stand shoulder-to-shoulder with those who guard our peace, offering financial support to the Ibusa Community Police (ICP), the local vigilante group that works in collaboration with the Nigerian Police to secure our home town. In doing this, we affirm that progress can only blossom where peace and safety thrive.

We have gone further, erecting street signposts that announce names of our streets and roads, restoring identity to our pathways, and charting a course toward digital representation. Soon, with our plans to number houses, Ibusa will not only be seen but mapped—positioned on the digital grid of modern Nigeria, accessible, visible, and connected to the world.

Yet, we know that development is more than roads and power lines . It is also about identity. We are deeply committed to the preservation and promotion of Ibusa’s culture and heritage. Through active support for our revered traditional institutions, we foster a delicate but vital balance between tradition and innovation—ensuring that our town’s development is not at the expense of its soul.
